Terms and Conditions

Standard Terms: 2% 10th Prox, Net 30 days. Discount eligibility must be post marked by the 10th of the month.

Prices: Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Freight: Orders of $5000.00 net, will meet freight prepaid. Net value orders under $5000.00 will be assessed a $50.00 drop charge plus additional mileage charge. Fitting orders of $750.00 net will meet freight prepaid. Minimum order is $500.00 net, plus freight.

Returns: No returns will be made without written consent of the factory. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in a new or unused condition. A 25% restocking charge of the invoice price will be charged for restocking. All returned shipments must be shipped freight prepaid F.O.B. Manufacturer’s point of acceptance.

Delivery: Quoted delivery schedules are based on estimates at the time of quotation. Southern Pipe Inc. will devote its best efforts to meeting delivery schedules but assumes no liability for additional costs or damages resulting from late deliveries.

Damage, loss or shortage claims: Upon receipt of order customer must check for accountability and acceptability of goods. Any damage, loss or shortage would be reported to the carrier and noted on the billing papers. Any damage or loss claims must be made to the carrier.

Warranty: Southern Pipe warrants our products for one year to the extent that we will replace products proven to be defective. Southern Pipe shall not be responsible for removal or reinstallation cost other than replacing the original product.
